All parts are new except rear pulley. Rear pulley is a good used Harley 10 spoke design 66 tooth. (specify Black Wrinkle (BBR), grey (GPR) or Black with bright outer ring (BPR).

68-75 MPH Pulleys & Kits Front & Rear Pulley as a kit. Fits 2007-Up (2004-2006 with belt change to 1"). Requires modification to Cover mounting posts. All parts are new except rear pulley.
